Yes, residents at Robinson at One University are able to pay on a prescribed flexible schedule through the Flex platform.

We welcome both cats and dogs with a limit of 2 total pets per apartment and no breed restrictions for dogs. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee and then $50 per month per pet in pet rent. With a pet you are required to also have renters insurance.

​The property is located in the Fairfax County Public Schools System.  Fairfax Villa Elementary School is 2 miles from the property.  Frost Middle School and Katherine Johnson Middle School are the closest middle schools.  Both James Robinson and W.T. Woodson High School are close to the property.  Specific questions about school assignments for enrolling families should be directed to Fairfax County Publix Schools.

​Both the Yellow and Green City of Fairfax bus routes stop within 0.3 miles of the property.  These bus routs also provide transportation to the Vienna / Fairfax - GMU Metro Station. These buses provide free transit service within the City of Fairfax.  The property is 5.2 miles from the Vienna / Fairfax Metro Station.

​The property is 17.7 miles from Dulles International Airport.

​The property is 20.1 miles from Reagan National Airport.

​The property is located 2 blocks from Route 123 and is also in close proximity to Route 236, Routes 29 and 50 and Interstate 66.

​George Mason University Field House is across the street.  There are grocery and shopping areas accessible via the City of Fairfax buses.  These buses provide access to the Picket Shopping Center, Fair City Mall and Kamp Washington Shopping Centers, as well as downtown Old Town Fairfax with its wide array of shops and restaurants.

​All resident apartments are outfitted with full-size washers and dryers.

​The properties feature many amenity spaces including a shared club room and fully equipped fitness center.  The club room can be reserved for private events (some restrictions apply).

​Residents are responsible for their electric, water, and sewer.  Trash and building wide WiFi is provided for all residents.

​Guarantors are permitted if a household has insufficient income to qualify.

​Application fees are $50 per leaseholder applicant and $35 per non-leaseholder applicant 18 years of age or older.  A holding fee of $250 for a studio or 1-Bedroom, $350 for a 2-bedroom are due at the time of application.  If an application is cancelled after 48 hours, the holding fee is non-refundable.   For approved applications, the holding fee will be applied towards any applicable security deposit.

​Short-term leases are not permitted.  Initial lease terms are 12 months.

​A tax credit property is an apartment community that participates in the federal low income housing tax credit program.  This program provides housing at restricted rents to make that housing affordable to households whose income is below the area median income.

​Households that wish to apply for occupancy will be asked to provide documents verifying all sources of income and all assets held by every member of the household.  Required documentation will include (but not be limited to) paystubs, social security statements, and bank statements.

​Residents will be able to easily pay rent online through the resident portal.
