|Recommended: YesI moved to Robinson At One University in January 2025 and I am overall pleased with my new apartment home and community.
The Leasing Office and Maintenance staff always greet you with a smile, are courteous, professional, provide excellent customer service and strive to meet the needs of the residents they serve. The community offers great amenities and garage parking at no additional cost to the resident, which is an added bonus.
I appreciate being kept informed by Valerie Jones, Property Manager, with regards to community-wide and or resident concerns, issues and notifications. The Leasing Office staff is such an awesome team, thanks so much for all you do
While in close proximity to George Mason University GMU , the community is relatively quiet and peaceful. I would recommend Belmont-Robinson At One University community to family and friends

|Recommended: YesLeasing Office — Today 30 th October, Thursday, I received a new Fob from Ms Kiara Hudlin, and she told me maintainance person Elias or Jonathan will come to activate this Fob, so I went to my apartment and kept on waiting for maintainance person for more than 2 hours, no body showed, so I called maintainance supervisor Elias, as usual he never picked phone so I left him a message that I am waiting at ,my home for last 3 hours as Ms Kiara advised me to go home and Jonathan or Elias will be coming shortly, as I never received any response from Elias, I just simply emailed few words to Ms Kiara, that none of maintainance person visited my unit, so within seconds I received responding email from Ms Kiara, stating I am sorry for this as none of maintainance person visited your unit,so I am coming to your unit to activate Fob, within next hardly 5 minutes Ms Kiara Hudlin was at my unit door to activate new Fob, so shortly I congratulate Paradigm management, leasing office, to have a wonderful gem like Ms Kiara, she has beautiful personality, including her charming manners and her great sense of professionalism, it’s great, I feel so comfortable when she is in leasing office as she always welcomes me with a smile and dignity, this is great keep it up. Thanks a lot
